I've had a Mini123 for about 2-3 years, best EDC light out there in my opinion. I got mine for $40 from MEC, and I just checked and they're still available at MEC for $40. 190 lumens out of a single cell light is pretty amazing. The new one's say 189 lumens but my manual lists 190.

If you can stand him, Nutnfancy does a insanely boring review that lasts 30 painful minutes, but it is generally a good review. Skip to about 8-10minutes for the mini123

This is from the website:
The Quark Mini is the perfect every-day-carry (EDC) pocket flashlight. It is ultra compact and has a simple, easy-to-use interface (the same great interface used in the Preon 1 flashlight). Like the regular Quarks, the Mini uses the latest in LED technology, has ample knurling for a sure grip, and is at a price point affordable for everyone.
