    1939 Garand

I built this for a friend of mine who wanted an early Springfield. It's a 39 receiver with a correct SPG stock, flush nut sight, bolt, op rod and trigger assembly. The barrel is a modified WRA, and it has a Shuster Gas Trap repro cylinder.

    1938 and 1940 built, ex gas-trap Garands.P4090008.JPGP4090007.JPGP4090009.JPG

The dark one on top was made in 1938 and the lighter one was made in early 1940. Both are former gas-trap rifles that were officially altered to a newer standard. I have owned them for about 25 years. Any ideas what they would sell for in the near future?
Waiting for first light. Shook hands with the devil.

According to this website a Garand is worth in between 1500$ to 3500$ USD.

Depends if in the near future they are likely part of the Prime Moron's further gun bans of prohibited semi auto military rifles. If so you will not be able to sell them and they will be worth what you can legally get for them.

If PM Blackface gets a majority next election they will be very likely be on the next round of banned and prohibited guns with SKS's and other semi auto firearms just like what happened in Australia, UK, New Zealand and other freedom hating countries!
