Heading to "The RONA" today to get a 1/4" × 15" snake

Give that a go. Possibly disturbed some gunk that clogged further down. New faucet probably flows 3x as much...maybe blockage not noticeable with low flow from old sink. Or higher flow pushed gunk out and created clog....

Success.
Spongy spot hit about 4' in. Gave her a good spin for a few minutes, another foot on hit an angle, worked it past and ran snake last 10 feet.
Spent about 15 minutes F'N around with the snake....can't really over do it I guess.
...once your inside you don't want to pull it out to early..
Is that a plumber joke?
