Looks like that adapter was manufactured by Elite Tactical Advantage, but that site doesn't seem to exist anymore.

... and it won't. So, I've ordered the Mesa Tactical LEO Gen 2 adapter from Canadian Safety Source. I'll post it up when it arrives and I get it mounted.

Not cheap, but what is, these days? Besides, it drops the buttstock a tad which is better than the "high-tube" sort of adapter I had.
