Interstate isn’t normally a thing, unless death penalty could apply. The Idaho college murders come to mind.

And no way DeSantis would block the request. He’d be eaten alive by the press and not have a differentiator vs Trump in a presidential bid. Plus, why would he want to help Trump fundraise off of this at the expense of his own fundraising?

And this case is so weak, it’s mostly publicity grandstanding. Not saying they can’t convict, but I don’t think it’s even a severe enough charge to prevent Trump from running.
