I have a relative living the sink lifestyle. I think she has regrets now that she's too old to have children.
Seems like a pretty lonely life to me.

I bet it will be even more fun when we're in our 50's - 90's and keep trying.
It was a bit sad when we miscarried our last child, but I can't imagine what it must be like to be married, not have kids, to want one in your 40's and to lose one after conceiving.
It must be even worse to be single without kids and to realize too late you should have had one - but were too brainwashed watching "Friends" and "Sex in the City" to make it a priority.
My wife's sister is in that boat.
It's going to be hell for women like that when they're in their 60's and 70's... which is what I think is the REAL reason the government brought in MAID.
