I've always chucked my zinc weights because zinc in lead equals voids and wrinkles. While searching other stuff, I've seen some guys talking about casting zinc bullets. I can't say I sat down and read any of it in any meaningful way because I don't have any to even try. I'm sure there will be stuff on it on castboolits or check in with google.
