My timeline for Ontario so far..

February 26th - CFSC
February 27th - CRFSC
March 1st - Application mailed (without course report)
March 6th - Application received in Miramichi
March 28th - Credit card charged
- Application in system, missing report
- Course report faxed
March 29th or April 1st - Application in progress

Called today and they said it was with the CFO but they wouldn’t tell me when it was sent there.

Hoping soon but I’m not too hopeful as I checked yes to 16d.
