Google (YouTube) uses botguard to prevent account creation scams. I haven't seen such an error.

Can you show an example? It's probably a localized problem. Have you tried clearing your cookies?

To get that error I was running:
- Internet Explorer 11
- with javascript disabled
- with InternetOptions>Advanced>Browsing>DisableScriptDebugging(InternetExplorer) disabled/unchecked.

Change any of those and the message does not appear.
