I like hearing what Dan Balofsky's got going on...

Where I'm from we've adopted a similar strategy. At some point we realized that in a State (California) full to the brim of extreme liberals that we needed to diversify our strategy. Focusing just on the legislative side is not enough... If we sue everyone in the room, we more reliably produce results.

Good on you for taking things into your own hands and taking legal action. You have clearly put together a solid strategy/plan and are executing it with precision. I only hope you can make an example of this guy.
