How do you get into the off-topic section?
I do not see any request or join button or whatever when I click on it.

In your profile, should be a tab on the left. Permission Groups and Join Groups. Click the join groups and should be in there to join.
My bad, honestly didn’t se that. I usually don’t pay attention to the first few threads since it’s usually not something new.
