Lot's has been changed/updated, they basically removed all the plastic parts and replaced with aluminum. Then they updated the handguard, and added a muzzle break. The new version is night and day over the old version.

What exactly is 'enhanced' over the standard model?

- A much better hand guard (i. not a full top rail anymore, ii. 6 mounting bolts Vs 2 on the original) for mounting large diameter optics
- Now has a hard anodized aluminum bolt shroud Vs plastic
- Includes a hybrid muzzle break Vs just a thread protector.
