site speed

Is it just me.. Or is this site slower than 33K modem during a storm?
 
we are still on the old server, we put on a hold on the transfer, and are working on fixing some linger issues before we move.
 
Site is really slow at the moment. About 45 seconds per click.
 
"Like This" button appears not to function. I mean, the button disappears when I click on it, but the page refresh doesn't register it.
edit - Whoops, Jwire's post just appeared on the last refresh... it wasn't there before
 
Things to do while waiting for posts
- drink an entire cup of coffee
- walk to the superbox to pick up the mail
 
Came here to report this issue too. Thought it was an issue on my end so ran speed tests etc... It seems I'm not the only one experiencing this.
 
Everything except this thread is slow as a turtle in a vat of molasses. Works better in LTE and 3G mobile than my home Wifi for some reason. Weird.
 
Must have done the switch? Lightning fast now on mobile. 2 hours ago at home it was s L o w
