seems we are required to leave "additional comments" otherwise it gives the "message is to short" baloney when trying to post feedback.
Shouldn't leaving additional comments be optional?

+1 on the optional additional comments.
 
I don't recall having this issue.

I never left any additional comments, but really is it too much to say "thank you", or "have a nice day"?
 
I will look into it but yea you can put anything 3 letters or more in there and it would not say its too short I believe
 
10 letters if I recall...and it wasn't a complaint, just making the powers that be, aware.

I routinely use that space to list what the transaction was so I can go back for reference.
After a couple of hundred deals it's nice to be able to go back and see what transpired previously with repeat traders.

it was actually the amount of text needed that alerted me.

told me the text I entered was less than the 10 required iirc.
