Really, did this site pay $2B dollars to the same outfit that came up with the Government's Phoenix Pay System, because it sure looks like it.
Incompetence to the extreme!

Your avatar needs to be 100 x 100. No problem, so it should work....right. After all I uploaded one long before this site was changed to the crap it is now.

But I just tried to upload the Error Image that I get when editing my avatar and what comes up here while trying to do that?

if phone, what app or internet browser?
If desktop, what os and browser?
 
Im still having issues too and it's being worked on

Windows works just fine on All the other forums I am on. Plus there are automotive diagnostics like Durametric that only works in Windows.

Besides, it'll be an Absolute Zero day in hell when I spend $2000 for an iPhone XX Pro made in China. Its a damn phone! I had an Apple Macbook Pro once. Not worth the price, not even close.

As for progress, you have no idea how often i say "too much university" every day.

The one thing I liked about the upgraded vBulletin was the insert pictures text box and the ability to resize and do stuff with a photo before inserting it. Now, can't even post pictures properly.

Also, what's with the damn short character post limit? I can't post more than 1/4 of a normal news article!

Frustrating is an understatement when trying to post on this site!

Why do we have to continue to put up with such poor IT response, fixes and a seemingly uncaring or uninterested owner of this forum?

My frustration is two part. First is not being able to actually compose a post that lone wolf can forward to whomever is receiving the error reporting. The second is the inconsistent behaviour of the errors. Sometimes they create an impasse, other times you're able to post what you attempted in a previous post or on a previous day and were met with the "sucks to be you" message.

Yeah, no different for me. Random errors, Microsoft edge might work better if youre willing to subject yourself to that.
There's still discussions and figuring happening behind the scenes but poor weather is delaying some of it.

Hurry up and wait.
 
I did find a solution to some of the posting errors:

If you are quoting something the error seems to be caused by the 'copying' pulling formatting from the article or other website that is incompatible with XenForo platform. The problem is even some of this site's own posts, when quoting them, causes the same damn issue!!!

I can copy to a Notepad that turns everything to text based only format, and then copy that into GOC and it seems to work until I hit a post character limit (that I am still working out).

Not with me, I tried copying my posts that would not go through to a basic windows notepad first and then tried posting and still it would not work, Bob was able to post the same article in full although.

I have tried 4 different browsers and still get errors with all of them. Brave, Edge, Firefox and Chrome.

Are they trying to do the fixes outside?

Most IT types beside the CAT and BB do all their work indoors.

Ahhh, yes, that poor weather factor................same reasoning my dick is limp occasionally.................lmfao !!
 
I just made a post in the Show Us What You Made thread and purposely used punctuation other than just periods and commas. Threw in some brackets and an asterisk too. Upon trying to post it I got the "you again, f*ck off" message. I copied my post so as to not lose it, hit my browser's refresh and returned to my post. I hit Post Reply again and it worked. Bizarre.
