About when should I be expecting my order?

Hi, I ordered at aztecarmory for the first time for the nov 16th import last month and was just curious about when I should be expecting to receive the order?

The import is scheduled to arrive on November 19th, once it arrives it takes us a day or two to package everything up and send them off. We send off the tracking information to your email, but sometimes they do land in the spam folder.

What's the process from start to finish when ordering off the website? Is there any hidden fees or import fees? Or is it how I think where it's all transparent up front. Pay in USD and shipping tax and be done? ☺
