HVAC, Baffles & Safety Ceilings Installed... [Pictures]

So we've got about 90% of the baffles and safety ceilings installed in the 50 yard range now, this install was quite the undertaking but overall it went fairly smooth... Our HVAC units and sheet metal infrastructures are now all complete for both ranges as well, the fellas are just working on the air recovery systems now. We chose EngA Engineered Air for our systems, I am really impressed with the equipment, our air quality and efficiency will be pretty incredible.

    Gotta love progress...

This is an older picture, all of the middle rows are installed now.

Note the 4 large down feeds that will run into a full width diffuser, this translates to absolute performance and efficiency.

3/8" armour plate safety ceiling, I gotta say it sort-of feels unnatural to stand underneath this ceiling but it is solid, still, very cool.

4'x8'? I'd only need two for my purposes... I think shipping would be the deal breaker....

and polished to a mirror shine....

50cal, are you plating the entire ceiling, or just over the ports and mission critical mechanicals?

It's deemed just a safety ceiling over the firing line, so as per NRA standards, there's a 4'x4' foot print directly over each stall/the shooter as well as another 4'x4' foot print just ahead of the stall... If that makes sense...

Wow! That's a lot of work. Would be nice if people could just shoot their targets instead of the ceiling. That must have added a bit to the build cost!

Anterior. Although why you'd use a forward baffle in place of the posterior (end) baffle is a mystery....
