Reminds me of shorter versions of the Gauge-Mate brand adapters you used to be able to buy from the states for about the same price. I got myself a set of the 9" rifled barrel stainless steel ones back when they still shipped to Canada for about $40 each.

It looked like this set and they came in sets for 12Ga to 9mm, 38 Special, 44 Special, 45 Colt, 45 ACP, 44 Magnum, 357 Magnum and 22LR.

I use them in one of those cheap single shot H&R 12ga shotguns with a red dot on it and get pretty good accuracy from them.

But that is probably because they have a 9" rifled barrel in their adapters unlike these that only have a 1" or 1.5" rifled barrel.
