There are several 'stickied' threads for various topics, but I wonder if we have one that is reserved for confirmed and legitimate legal information that all firearms owners should be aware of. For example, I just made a post regarding the ledgers that retailers believe they still need.

Could we maybe collect such information and place it into one thread in the Legalities section? I suggest that any information that is posted in such a thread should be vetted by the mods/admins and the thread be locked so that conversations can take place elsewhere. It's sometimes quite difficult to find information without having to sift through pages of gibberish.
Ultimately, what would be really nice is if the CSSA/CILA and/or the NFA could chime in to clear things up around here once in a while. Some of us here already know how difficult that would be though.
