        I thought out my options carefully. It came down to either Bieber, or a picture of a scantily clad senior citizen drag queen wearing about 10 pounds of makeup. Bieber seemed worse.

                        At the very top of the page (any page)...click on settings
                        When the next page comes up, look down the list on the left side until you find 'edit avitar' - click on that
                        On the page that pops up, either enter a web address of a picture you found on the web, or click on the option that says something like "upload from your computer"...there should be a browse button you can click that will link it up so that you can go through the directories/files in your computer....just click on the the file.
