Multi-quote Broken

When selecting multiple threads to quote and then hitting the Reply to Thread button, nothing happens. I tried with Internet Explorer 11 and Chrome 41 on Windows 7 SP1.

You have to click the quote plus on the bottom right hand side and then reply with quote otherwise it doesn't work.
