How does one use spaces to line up columns here?

I tried [ code ], and font FixedSys and CourierNew, and none seemed to work.

I've been putting a bunch of periods as ................ placeholders.

Tables are nice, but a bit clunky. I think for this it was worth the effort and I had some time..
