    Login via Tapatalk

The past week, I have have not been able to login via Tapatalk. It keeps saying that my login information is incorrect, but I know I have the password and email correct because I can login via any browser using the same information.

Is there something wrong with the Tapatalk login system? or am I just SOL.

Tapaptalk is a 3rd party application.

Because of that we can't give any advice on the issues with it

I use Tapatalk daily (on iOS) and do not have that issue.

about all you can do is check for upgrades.

        for the OS and app.

after that re-enter the log in info. Sometimes when you upgrade the saved info becomes corrupted.

I've been typing it in manually, hmmm... I'll just keep trying, it's on Android.

Uninstall and reinstall Tapatalk from Google Play. The version i had was 7.03 and a new version dated July 27 was released as 7.06. 7.06 states that it corrects the login errors.

              Works for me now.

              Good luck!

Interestingly, it was not letting me use my email and insisted that I use my login name... Always worked with just the email before....

I know this is an old thread, but I am having this issue now. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, changing passwords, but it doesn’t want to let me log in. Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks.

I got in touch with Tapatalk support. It seems the plug in is out of date. I believe they are going to contact the site admin.

I deleted tapatalk, and now dont use near as much data every month.
I liked using it, but it just sucked up my data plan.

No issues on iOS in the past couple years and I use it heavily on a daily basis.
