Yes I agree. 7 is better than 8 and 8.1 by a mile. Go straight to 10 or stay on 7. Though commercial support for 7 is (or has?) ending.

Either way definitely move to FireFox. Don’t think you will regret it.

Only when I first load windows, to download chrome or FireFox, then it's never used again, and the icons/shortcuts deleted... <LOL>

it is basically the only supported browser at work.

Another thing you can do with the forum is "Reply with quote" that'll show you the URL. (Just don't subsequently hit "Post Quick Reply".)

once you have the url... you can try and open directly in your browser. If it doesn't work then it is a browser/work issue.

Windows 7 stopped mainstream support back on Jan. 13 2015. Extended support ends on Jan. 14 2020.
