    Marketplace Ads to PM only

Should it be time to make the marketplace ads PM only?

Saves work for the mods, then having to delete side chatter, or people adding nothing.

I like it when 3 people ask the price, or where are you located, or pics please, etc.
It points out to the seller that there was a whole bunch of info left out, and maybe they'll learn.
Sometimes info was just left out by mistake.
Or, just asking pertinent questions that just might educate the rest of the class.

I have no problems with handing out infractions for stupid comments.

The whole idea of leaving the marketplace open to posting was to let people ask questions about an item that multiple people may have been wondering about. The rules have ALWAYS been the same about comments and discussion about an item. One word - DON'T. Questions...fine. Anything else, open a thread in the appropriate section.

I like being able to view peoples questions about items that are for sale. As someone that is relatively new to owning firearms, there are questions that I would not think about that other more versed members here may ask. It gives me better insight on what things are and things to look for in a purchase.
How do I change my signature to something about Bacon?

Because you get stupid questions. Or people opinions.

If someone wants to do a local sale, they would update their profile to where they are.
