thumbs up / thumbs down instead of like.

I have a suggestion. Replace the like with a thumbs up / thumbs down feature. Then when some bypolar dude comes barging into a thread we can give his suggestions a thumbs down.
It beats the infraction I would get if I posted what I was thinking.
The challenge of retirement is how to spend time without spending money.

Look around is there someone you can introduce to shooting because that’s the only way we will buck the anti gun trend sweeping Canada! "tigrr 2006"

While I certainly understand the sentiment, I don't think the board's software will support it. I may be wrong, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
        Don't blame me, I didn't vote for that clown. Oct 20, '15

Bipolar people are great people 50% of the time.
By the way I'm an optimist.

IIRC, the last time something like this was discussed, ‘like’ was the only option supported by software/developers. Unfortunately we don’t get to customize the board to our own tastes, there’s just a handful of features you can turn on or off.

I do prefer ‘like’ to the old way of having 20 ‘x2’ or ‘+1’ posts to scroll through.

I prefer the current "like" function, no need to complicate it and turn it into Netflix thumbs up/down.
When you ignore history, you become its next example.

It is easier to control the lawful than to confront the lawless, history is full of governments that chose the wrong one.

If the past teaches anything, it is those who ask to be trusted with power often fear those who carry it themselves.

Unfortunately most troll feed off feedback, it does not matter if it is good, bad, up or down, any indication that anyone has reacted to what they have written is an ego boost.
I believe that is is better to ignore them and they will shrivel up.
