Looks like the server is located in Commiefornia.
Packet loss seems to on the 12th hop, packetexchange.net, and high pings/delays on gtt.net and plesklogin.net
The question is, why is the the site being hosted in the USA? 99.9% of the users are in Canada I would think.
When you ignore history, you become its next example.
It is easier to control the lawful than to confront the lawless, history is full of governments that chose the wrong one.
