                    It says all 3 colors are sold out for the NEA 102 presale. I don't see a waiting list but I signed up for stock notify if that counts for anything lol.......aw.

                            As I understand it, the original AR10 is non-restricted.

                            The modern AR10 we are familiar with is a scaled up AR15, and so is restricted as a variant.

                            The NEA102 is a modern copy of the original AR10, and so has been deemed non-restricted.
