It's actually warm this year. Hangs out between -30 & -40 most days. We are actually supposed to have a warm spell of -25 next week

Bottom of the contest page asks which province you from? and only give choice of NWT or Nunavut...

Is this just for those two provinces? I don't see anything about geographic limitation... did I miss something.
