What is with users: aonada, aonada1, aonada2, ?

I've looked through the FAQ, forum rules, etc.

I see that pink is banned.
So aonada, aonada1, aonada2 are apparently banned users.
So why when you look at who's online on the main forum page, these users are always on in either single or pairs or tripled up?

Banned users can still read the forums, however they have the same access to pms etc as "guests" do. Which is to say, read the forums only. No pms, no posting etc. Rather than showing up as a guest, their name is displayed.
