Not a day goes by I don't see a 403 on an edit of 'text with stuff'. Sometimes I replace it with '. .' and make a second post right after it with the copy/paste/changed text as a workaround. Windows / Brave.

Why?

I assume you went to User Settings, and then down at the bottom you changed it from "Dark" (which is white-text-on-black) to "Default VB5 Style" (which is black-text-on-white).

I've been using Size 14 for all my posts. I tried Size 16 for a while, but I've settled on Size 14. Which usually means I have to remember, or subsequently set - always manually setting Size 14 for the entire post.

How about the 403 errors when editing posts.

The like button doesn't work for some. Whereas I can even like my own posts.

I posted something similar to this thread a couple weeks back, but I had the same problem then as you did today - it didn't stick. I'll try your 'size=16px' in every single gosh darn post for a while. I tried your 'color' but that quickly led to 403 errors.

Two dashes together sometimes give 403 errors. Editing it to one dash makes the 403 error go away. --

It's not just the dark. It's the relative size of the fonts (message text should be larger font size, message text should be a larger proportion of the screen). e.g. "Dewey Cox" or "RangeBob" is less important than what they say - yet the username is a larger font and occupies more space than...

We used to get '?" for invalid characters. Now we get the post truncated at the first invalid character -- which is worse. It's repairable if it's a cut/paste, but if you type in a half dozen new thoughts and copy-paste some french name to get the spelling right in the beginning, the witty...
