I was trying to post but then the website was offline for a minute with a 503 error, [rebooted?] and now that it's back it seems quick right now.

GunOwnersOfCanada was slow about 6am, and it's slow again now at noon. Possibly due to ~350 guests.

If you follow these rules it works 99% of the time. Before posting an attachment, leave the page and come back (go to the prior page in the thread and then push LAST, or close the thread and reopen the last page, or etc). The page must be freshly loaded. My theory is this gets the javascript...

If you use the INSERT IMAGE button, and choose URL, there's a "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" checkbox. A bunch of the images I post to the Laugh thread are timestamped in the URL, and the timestamp expires after a few days. Had I used "Retrieve remote file and reference locally"...

Sometimes, some websites are very slow (minutes instead of microseconds). It may be that it's just time, rather than fiddling.

If you push "Reply With Quote" you may find there's an image link in there. If you copy-paste that link into a browser, you'll probably see what was in the post.
