What's stopping you,just cause you have one doesn't mean you actually have to buy a restricted firearm.I'm sure there will be other draws where a RPAL is needed.Who knows having one might mean getting one gifted to you by a friend or neighbor.

If nothing else the more RPALs that exist the better.

am i missing a question somewhere? it asks for "requested info from giveaway"ni have no idea what that is
