when they call (one's reference people) - what "Caller ID" is being shown if any?

Typically it's "No Caller ID" or "Unknown".

As important is that unless your voicemail states your first and last name, AND NO ONE ELSE, they will not leave a message.

just had a call from them this morning, issue with someone`s rpal during a transfer, and it came up as unkown name, unknown number, and they told me the same thing, can only state your name, no one elses or they wont leave a message

Unknown caller is what shows up when they called me. I thought it was strange at the time but whatever.
