Just started happening over the last couple days.

Pages are very slow to load, or they don't load at all resulting in error messages.

Happening on a couple different computers.

Also, I sometimes surf GOC on my PS3 and have been unable to use this site on it since Friday. Click on it in my favorites, goes to load, and then the PS3 freezes requiring a reboot. Only doing it with GOC. Cleared cache, cookies ect and have done hard reboots (unplugging from the wall for a hour or so) still having the issues.

Randomly slow on my phone. Happened a couple times with Kijiji and the Kodi box has been acting up this weekend so I assumed it was my wifi....

Working fine for me. Bell had issues the other week with everything

It seems like Bell was rebooting DHCP servers more often than usually last weekend - my router's IP address was changing frequently
connections to Websites were unstable as the result and VPNs were interrupted and needed restarts ...

Always kind of slow around that time.
I always thought it was a traffic and volume issue.
(or some one like CIA/NSA clearing out the buffer on their Spyware)

Thanks for the input guys.

Seems better today. Tried logging onto GOC through the PS3 tonight and it's connecting and loading ok.

I'm with a small ISP. Maybe they use Bell infrastructure??

If it is fiber or Dsl then definitely.
Cable would be Rogers.

I got one of these a few minutes ago

I've been getting lots of issues with Firefox hanging on "Performing TLS handshake"

Turns out it had far too many self-signed certs in storage. Clearing that out fixed everything.

Problem was only in FF, not chrome or IE

CGn's came back online last night.

Not for everyone. Telus, Shaw, Rogers, and Bell users still couldn't see the website until about an hour ago. It just came up for us here at the store until an hour ago due to DNS issues.

BTW, re post #14
The 520 error was real,
but the "If you are the owner of this website" portion is my humor. You might spot the slight difference in font.
