Can't join EE or Off Topics

When I follow the links from the FAQ forum to join Off Topics or EE I get a new window which says I'm not logged in. When I attempt to log in from that window the page crashes.

I remain logged in on the original window.

You should also be able to apply through your settings (available top right of the website)
