Hi,

Recently, all the forum posts (including titles) became center justified. I find this very hard to read. Is this something I accidentally did (I don't think I changed my settings) or is this something universal that everyone is seeing?

If this is something I did, how do I change it back to left justified?

If this is something universal that the site changed, why did you do this?

Thanks

- Jayne

I haven't noticed a change on my end.

Same here. Center justified. Been like that about a week or so with Internet Explorer 11, even after doing a delete temporary files.

In Firefox it looks fine. (left justified)

^^^ let me guess, you use Chrome. You realized Chrome and Safari are the same browser at their core (WebKit)

Dolphin is a great browser. I've used it on older Android devices that can't run Chrome.

Center justified here... I am on IE8 (Work puter)..... looks like crap.... Other VB forums appear fine, it is just this one...

It's not just the thread's text that's center justified,
it's also the text in the 'forum list of threads' and 'search results list of threads'.

I can confirm the issue is with Internet Explorer. IE11 works fine, IE8 doesn't. Don't have anything to test with IE9 or IE10.

Too bad our work doesn't allow us to install any updates.... At the whim of the "IT Man"...
The Same IT here at work that has installed email size limits, and says to us large files can be FTP'd, then blocks all ftp ability... Sigh...

chrome works fine, it may be an issue with IE, and that doesn't surprise me with IE

Well IE is working just fine on all other vbulletin carried sites. Just not this one.
The thing is if it is hard to read people stop dropping in!!

So on june 28 everything was fine and then on june 30 everything is centered. Who changed what?
It is getting hard to read this site.
I'll check back in a few days to see if it is fixed.

No issues with ie, firefox, opera, chrome or tapatalk here....
*confused

So update your browser and it fixes the center crap. I ran a virus scan as well.

I'm running IE11 without javascript here -- and have had centre justified text on GoC for months. I've gotten used to it.

Chrome, IE11 and the BlackBerry browser all work for me.

It's centre justified for me also (IE11 on 2 machines...W8.1x64 and W10 Technical Preview x64 build 9879). Firefox displays it normally on both.

I have removed an old IE 9 script from the forum code and have disabled compatibility view in my IE 11 browser, site renders correctly for me now using IE,

Same problem here. Is the official recommended solution "get a new browser?"

What version of IE?

If using IE See my 2 posts above, disable compatibility view, it should be work then unless you are using something way old, it wasnt working for me either til I made the changes I noted,

For all, I would recommend a better browser either way, anything IE is chit, it just is, as we go along with this forum, tweaking it, IE will be a PITA, not sure how far I want to go to try and accommodate it when Firefox, Chrome, Opera, have no issues adapting to code updates,

What the heck happened. All the text is left justified. I'm having trouble reading this site after months training myself to be content with centre justified, and chuckling at my use of the [ indent ] tags in my posts.

At 6:20pm I cleared my cache, exited and re-ran the browser, and nothing had changed with my IE11's long familiar centre justified text (only on this website).
So I thought that was the way it was going to stay.
But just now, at 9:40pm, everything is left justified.

I guess I can get used to this. But it's weird I tell you.

Means it worked here, lol,

Ole saying, its amazing what you can get used too...lol
