Don't Remember My Password

My laptop has my log in information in it's memory, but I tried to log in on my desk top computer in the office and it needs my user name and password for me to log in.

I don't remember my password, I tried logging in a few times with no luck, I know I wrote it down when I first joined but I can't seem to find that either.

What can I do to retrieve my password or change it to something else?

There is also a program you can download that will run your cookie history and get all the passwords you have on file. Might be Nirsoft?
