How to send a private message

how does one send a private message on this board?

Computer, left click on the persons name, click on private message when prompt screen comes up. Leave message, Send.

Touch screen device, hit the username, private message option will come up in the pop up menu. So pretty much the same thing .

A burning log is more of a public message I would think. A box of dirt mailed to someone may be a little more private. Is your address still current, F man?
