New look

I'm still looking for that "edit site" button.

Is it possible to let it actually expand to the size of the window its open in, since right now i have it on a portion of my monitor that is equivalent to a standard 1440p monitor but it only uses half of the windows width. full resolution of my monitor is 5120x1440 and its comical if that window is maximized. Right now it looks like many of the "modernized" websites that cater to phone browsing to the detriment of all other options. Is a link to each thread that loads the current page possible as like the old version had?

I am on 4K too, and we will address it, but functionality will be taking priority over how the site looks right now.

It appears the 403 message while pasting occurs when pasting in a newline or carriage return and when pasting in double quotes. This is likely poorly written input filtering to prevent an SQL injection attack. Amateur hour for coders that don't know how to use Bind variables in their SQL statement coding. Sort of what I would expect from a product that uses PHP and MySQL.

We are working on the Cloudflare side to tweak some inbound filtering rules.

Posting "this sucks and "Im outta here" or anything else generally whiny will be deleted.

Be constructive or be quiet and let those of us who are working to solve issues get on with it.

I can't post a picture from my phone.
says "exceeds 200mb limit"
So we can theoretically directly post a picture, but not practically.

We dont support massive image sizes due to server space.

Also - how many megapixels does your phone have? LOL My 50MP phone only takes 15MB images....

Let me know if its misidentifying the file size, thats likely a Cloudflare issue.

Telos wrote "We dont support massive image sizes due to server space.". The previous site did have a max bytes upload limit, but it was huge. As soon as any image was uploaded, it was converted to a lower resolution version where vertical and horizontal pixels were less than ~800 making it smaller to store on the server. It also converted .png into .jpg, again to save storage space. It often made readable images, unreadable for everyone. If I could almost read it, I left it. If it was important to see the detail, I uploaded it to my website and hosted it myself.

Ok, you're frustrated, we get it, but so are we. Every post requires some jiggery-pokery and multiple tries until you find the magical secret handshake to get past the 403 gatekeeper. Also, how did you post two separate paragraphs, or is that a God Tier privilege?

I tried to edit a post, sure enough, I came up against the mighty 403. However, after refreshing the page, the edit had taken hold. With hard work, team work, and perseverance, we will overcome the Mighty 403!

On the topic of emojis, with the Brave browser, when I click on the emojis icon, they come up as " mad1 colon mad1 colon" Also, using a colon gives an error.
