NEA makes AR-15s. What is the difference between the 102 and a restricted AR-10?
 
It says all 3 colors are sold out for the NEA 102 presale. I don't see a waiting list but I signed up for stock notify if that counts for anything lol.......aw.

As I understand it, the original AR10 is non-restricted.

The modern AR10 we are familiar with is a scaled up AR15, and so is restricted as a variant.

The NEA102 is a modern copy of the original AR10, and so has been deemed non-restricted.

So I am in, hopefully. I just don't have enough .308's in the safe.
