I'm just curious so I have to ask .Why would it be a issue for someone to transfer a deposit providing the said individual is legal? As long as you got your money why would you care?

I personally buy my guns outright but nonrefundable non transferable deposit doesn't sound friendly to me. Just saying.

This is intended to prevent people from tying up a bunch of items all at once so everyone gets an equal opportunity to have a chance at limited quantities. We've had issues in the past that have caused hurt feelings and don't want to repeat that, so are making some conditions to hopefully alleviate that concern.
