Relax Bob, The Cat suggests trying some weed, it helps a lot to take the TDS chill off and might allow you to be able to get back up, images that is!

Also, admitting you have TDS is half the battle towards getting over it and once again leading a normal and happy life!

if you want to insert a degree symbol (the little circle) by using Alt 0176, this forum system deletes the rest of the text after the degrees symbol.

I notice the same thing when I try an n with the squiggly on top.

I think that this forum has now been abandoned by those who could fix it and this is about as good as it gets.

No more fixes for the many problems are being done anymore and sadly we are just being left to slowly wither on the vine so to speak.

I've had my poll up about the dark theme for about a month, and it's had 23 votes.
I assume this site will keep going until someone has to pay to renew something, and that will be the end of it.
I enjoyed it while it lasted.

We think the issue with weirdo characters was due to using a very old ISO character standard. WE have now moved the site to UTF-8.

PLease check and see if the issue is resolved.

It seems any post with anything but plane text will give a 403 error if you try to edit it. Pictures, or even a smiley face will keep you from editing. You also can't add one in an edit.

Also, please ditch the dark mode. It's hard on the eyes.

I've been using Size 14 for all my posts. I tried Size 16 for a while, but I've settled on Size 14.

Which usually means I have to remember, or subsequently set - always manually setting Size 14 for the entire post.
