I bought a part for my AR at the GOC meet & greet in Dec. Finally got around to installing it a few weeks ago. Short story shorter, I busted a piece. A little upset at myself and manufacturing tolerances, I called Derek at RDSC to see what my options were. We chatted for a bit and he agreed to swap out the broken piece with one that would be different but work. Then he realized I'm in Edmonton and would be shipping the part. Concerned that I may not be happy with his suggested replacement (requiring additional shipping) he told me to send the whole package back for a complete exchange! To top it off, it showed up today with a note including a tip to avoid breaking the new one. Thank you Derek!
