I'm with you, this dark set-up sucks and makes reading posts hard on my old eyes.

I preferred the old color scheme too.
My question is: is anyone doing anything about it? It might be the single biggest complaint right now, but I've heard no plans to fix it.

Not sure who this other company is, or how much they're getting paid.
