No there is not a list to view to the public.
No, no referral is needed to enter just to get additional entries.

I signed up to the site not too long ago, but cannot remember if I submitted an entry or not. Is there a way to find out as I don't want to be excluded for submitting more than one entry.

we did update the page, after filling out the contest details you have the option to print a acknowledgement saying you entered

It's a very cool prize, so I figure it's better to apply and chance the 'double entry disqual' rather than stand no chance of winning it.

ya it would have been nice if they sent you a confirmation. ...and of course if you are unsure and enter again, they disqualify you altogether.Aaagh I can't remember if I entered this one!

I inquired...I got a reply from one of the founders of the site that simply stated they would not bother to check
I just entered a Ontario Out of Doors contest and got an email,

But hey, I hear they've updated the page with an option to print.....just too late for the 4000 or so who have already entered.
We didn't tell you we would bother we told you we have lots of entries to go through and we can't do it for each member.
Since the comments we have made minor changes after you enter you will have the option to save or print off the page saying you entered.
They forum works on different coding then the one you entered somewhere else as such we are working to make it better but sometimes things can't be fixed over night.
You forget we are funding these give away with our own funds to giveaway to the community. It may not be prefect but then again its free for you to enter.
And you always have the choice not to if you don't like not getting a response in the form of an email.

1. All registered members (up to 5000 members) are entitled to 1 entry regardless of referrals, post counts etc. (duplicate entries, accounts, etc will be removed)

In addition to your single entry, for each referral that you bring to Gun Owners of Canada (referral must be signed up after the contest start date and must enter your user name at time of registration to the forum, we will not add referrals if not signed up properly.)
