You are correct in that you stated you can't do it for every member. I just assumed that it would be easy, sort of like me looking up a member on the list of members which takes no time at all, though I have no idea how many people asked.
When I registered on this site, I automatically received a PM welcoming me to the site. Could an automated confirmation not have been sent in the same manner when entering the contest?...or a pop-up stating that you have already entered the draw?
Anyway, it is what it is.....

We looked into it and no it only automatically sends emails to the contest email. Eg ours set up to receive.
We tried multi was to get it to work it just didnt .

Thus the route we took
 
I wasn't sure whether or not I had signed up, but noticed that both entries will be deleted if I had. Crap, I hope not.
 
Thanks for the chance. I saw this a while back and didn't enter, so I finally put my entry in today.

Now to get some referrals!
 
Just over 400 members left before we give this away. Man is it tempting to shoot!!

I mean the new owner wouldn't mind if i just "sighted" it in for them would they? lol
 
Do I have to register some place else or does joining website enter me. As that's one heck of a great prize !!!

Note: Contest Changes Re: Entries We will be changing up the contest entries to make it more fair to everyone on GOC.

1. All registered members (up to 5000 members) are entitled to 1 entry regardless of referrals, post counts etc. (duplicate entries, accounts, etc will be removed)

2. In addition to your single entry, for each referral that you bring to Gun Owners of Canada (referral must be signed up after the contest start date and must enter your user name at time of registration to the forum, we will not add referrals if not signed up properly.)
