Fortunately , the problem seems to have been solved . I was waiting for CBC's " Content Disabled " to appear at any given second .

The OG blue-hairs! Old ladies know how to bake and some even have removable choppers! That extra cheque at the end of the month sure helps out with hunting gear too.

today.
 
Intermittently fast, but mostly slow still.
 
Extremely slow...like repeating grade 4 three times slow.
 
Still slow for me but has short periods of normal performance, I think I will take a break from here until they get their shyt sorted out as it is way too frustrating and time consuming!
 
Ok, this is now a pia! Then I get a little respite and things work as the should, so I think it’s over, just to drop in and slooooooooooooooow rules the roost again! C’mon let’s get things patched up and a proper fix applied, I’m not one for social media at all, but I like this place…..

I think that the Solomon Islands would have better cell phone and internet services. The CRTC hobbles healthy competition and quality services by keeping international (US) providers from getting into the game up here. I rarely get better than a single bar of signal strength here (15 minutes from Barrie Ontario).
 
Unpredictable speed.
Several slow, then several fast as this:

Website has been slow for me for days. It is so slow that I have been waiting 8 minutes for the ‘insert picture’ box to come up on an article I posted. Going to have to code the post the old way…

Same here, sometimes it sems normal but then goes back to very slow or page fails to load and needs to be refreshed many times to get the page to reload again.
 
Questions:
- what exactly is the problem,
- what is being done to fix the problem,
- when will this be fixed?
 
This site *used* to be worth the priced of admission.

Between the trolls &other rejects, the loss of some key users over the years and the too-frequent technical problems its a real shitshow
 
It's at a snail's pace again today after some intermittent flashes of speed. Time to retire the gerbil on the wheel, maybe stick two wires into a nice moist potato. Battle Beaver, help us out here!
 
On the Up side, I get to watch the SFRC banner ads updating as I wait for the next page to load, along side the TACCOM 2022 ads.

I fear for the wellbeing of the Gerbil although and what likely awaits him in Beavers care.

That will really excite him until the Cat takes off his Gerbil costume.

For some reason the Beaver is always in some sort of conflict or competition with the Cat who is a nice pussy really.

I don't understand why as they are both of similar species? and everyone else usually likes both, I know I do.
 
Yep, still getting failed to load messages and long wait times.

Before anybody embarrassingly crows about how it is fixed again they should wait a day or two first to confirm the fact!
