I was looking to search the site about bill c-51( Hi foxer !) . If I put "C-51" into the search, No hits are returned. Yet I know there are several threads about it.

I didnt have an issue. So.etimes just dropping the hyphen, or specifying title search only helps.in pace, ut sapiens, aptarit idonea bello

Uh so nothing came up with the exact search term you used. I offered suggestions and some links, why would I use a search term that didnt work? I used a couple different terms in the same search engine.in pace, ut sapiens, aptarit idonea bello

I was inquiring about why it didn't work. Not ways to work around it.
Anyways, Apparently it does not like the hyphen. Weird. Windows dealt with that years ago. Bet it doesn't like /\ or : either. "bill c-51" works as the bill generates the hits.
"AR-15" is out too of course.

Seriously, it is so bad over there. I was searching for something I had posted, and I searched for a particular phrase I knew to be in what I had posted. I made sure to also search only posts by my user name, and set it to look back far enough to catch it. It told me no results found. I did eventually find the post, by going through my subscription list one post at a time. So bad.Last edited by HK45; 04-28-2015, 06:27 PM.
