and then I went back and manually fixed the "?" to the correct quotes so that the thread was legible.



I left "Justice Marie-Jos?e Hogue" without fixing it.

Off Topics doesn't allow uploading/attaching of images. It's always been that way.

I've often regretted creating a thread there, because a day or two later discovering I can't attach an image (and having to host something 'GOC only' on my website instead).
